SLIDES
Slides are often left behind on beaches during holidays, contributing to litter. To combat this, these slides are made from recycled PET bottle caps and labels, featuring a deposit mark that allows users to exchange them for store credit after use, promoting recycling and responsible waste management.
RESEARCH: RECYCLING PLASTICS
This research aimed to enhance the aesthetic qualities of recycled plastics. By experimenting with color, texture, and patterns, I developed a material library to design durable products that encouraged prolonged use instead of early recycling. This was achieved by coordinating colors during the design process to ensure the final recycled product remained within the same color family.
GLASSWARE
A glassware set inspired by the experience of the constantly changing surroundings when looking at the reflections of the buildings in the city of Manchester. The geometrical structure of the glass buildings inspired the frames for the molds, which resulted in a distortion on the surface of the glass as light interacts with the material and the surroundings.
WEAVING
Weaving experiments with mixed media made during my exchange at Manchester Metropolitan University.

NOT ANOTHER TRASH BAG
The hand-knotted bag is created from strips of plastic bags using a time-intensive technique known as macramé. Through this project, I aimed to explore the value of both labour and materials.
INTERLOCKING SEAT
The stool is engineered to be lightweight by minimising material use. The edges connect like puzzle pieces, ensuring a solid structure.
