2018 - By combining a thickener, in this case potato starch, with salt the texture changes. It makes a self-supporting material after being cured in the microwave. To make the shapes, silicone molds were used.

The process of curing the substance in the microwave and dissolving it in water can be repeated several times. The material acts as a themoplast and is very strong when used as a solid form.

In this ongoing research I am looking for ways to make materials that can be used to make products, but when they become unwanted, leave no trace behind.
